Dielectric Properties of BN-ZnO-GNP Doped PU-EG Composites

In this study, ZnO and GNP were added separately together to improve the dielectric constant values of hexagonal boron nitride. Polyurethane glycerol used as binders. The productions carried out by dispersing each additive in acetone then coating it with doctor blade method on aluminium foil. characterizations FTIR SEM. Then, capacitance composite first measured LCR meter calculated. According results, highest obtained at 100 120 Hz frequencies. At frequency value kHz, lowest was all composites. Compared pure BN, an increase 115% achieved contribution, while up 145% contribution. 160% + addition, contribution GNP, amount decrease high frequencies less than others. This is thought be due combined effect both which has a large surface area.
